All Florida Mayors and Vice/Deputy Mayors are welcome to attend the events below, except the FLM Board Dinner, which is reserved for FLM Board members.
The FLM events are held in conjunction with the Florida League of Cities (FLC) Annual Conference August 13-15, 2026.
NOTE: If you are attending the FLC events, you must complete the FLC registration and payment on the FLC website.

FLM Workshop: The Mayors’ Exchange with FLC President Holly D. Smith
This interactive session is designed to foster meaningful, peer-to-peer dialogue among Florida’s Mayors. Participants will be seated at designated tables organized by key issue areas impacting municipalities—such as economic development, infrastructure, public safety, housing, and resiliency. Each table will feature a Mayor-led discussion centered on real-world challenges, innovative approaches, and success stories from their communities. The goal is to create a space where leaders can both share and learn from one another in a practical, solutions-oriented setting. A lead facilitator will help guide the overall conversation, identify common themes across tables, and elevate key insights for a broader group discussion. This structure will allow us to connect local experiences to statewide priorities and reinforce the collaborative leadership role of Mayors.
